How to Navigate the Tunnel of Insomnia and Get a Good Night's Sleep



Tunnels are useful. They get us from point A to point B when there is no other way or when going the long way around might cause us to lose our bearings or give up our journey. In this episode, we explore the concept of tunnels in our lives. While dark and surrounded by pressure, they have a beginning and an end. If we proceed, we will always, eventually, come back out into the light. And, yes, insomnia is no exception!




This is my Insomnia Severity Index. As you can see, it got worse before it got better, but it was a quick turnaround. I used a supportive app called Stellar Sleep. It provided the structure, encouragement and data I needed to stay the course. I have experienced insomnia in one form or another for more than 30 years.
